As a client and athlete of FIT Conditioning our goal is to educate you about your training, enrich your training for maximum success, and encourage you when the training is challenging.
All clients and athletes receive guidance in biomechanics (aerodynamics and hydrodynamics), nutritional counseling to optimize your results and performance, and functional training techniques which are specific to you, and the phase of your training.
You will hear about structural alignment and joint optimization in relation to exercise efficiency and appropriate muscle utilization during your training session. You will be brought up to speed on how your dietary lifestyle will affect your training performance and recovery. At FIT Conditioning we look at the body as a kinetic chain: everything is connected and everything works together.
