    Coaching
    Cardiovascular-Nutritional coaching, program design, testing. and accountability. Program is a 3 month subscription. Program is $120 per month for 3 months. See the Coaching page for more information.


    Personal Training
    Personal Training sessions incorporate cardiovascular conditioning, functional based exercises which maximize caloric expenditure, balance, strengthening of the abdominal and lower back region, and increasing range of motion as well as muscle extensibility. Sessions are based on clients goals, outcomes, and results.
    $75 / hour.

    Perseverance Training
    This is a comprehensive training program that includes coaching, nutritional counseling, VO2 & Anaerobic Threshold Testing, Resting Metabolic Rate Analysis. Clients undergo physiologic testing at day 0, 90, 180 days and provides program adherence and accountability.

    Nutritional Analysis
    This is a comprehensive look into your nutritional life and gives a 7-day glimpse into your dietary lifestyle. Program assesses grams of fat, protein, carbohydrates, as well as total calories from each macronutrient group. After analysis and review by Nutritionist, client and Nutritionist meet for a detailed meeting outline strategies for decreasing body fat, nutritional modifications, food psychology, supplementation (if needed), establishment of micronutrients, vitamins, and minerals into new nutritional plan. Clients are given back a suggested meal plan based upon nutritional analysis.

    Nutritional Counseling (1 session)
    Nutritional Counseling is a 45 min session with a FIT Conditioning Nutritionist and provides you with strategies for success for a healthy and sustainable dietary lifestyle. During this session the client undergoes a comprehensive body fat tissue and lean muscle tissue analysis, education on macronutrients vs micronutrients, water intake, fat loss tips, strategies for healthy eating, body weight maintenance, and exercise tips.

    Nutritional Counseling (4 sessions)
    These 4 sessions incorporate nutritional accountability and the use of Training Peaks via FIT Conditioning for meal log entry. Sessions provide weigh-ins and comprehensive body fat tissue and lean muscle tissue analysis over 20 weeks. Meeting with a FIT Conditioning Nutritionist occurs every 5 weeks to ensure optimal weigh-in numbers as well as meal log review, analysis, and interpretation.
