Do You Know Your True Bio-Energy Requirements?
FIT Conditioning offers Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) and Nutritional Analysis to help ensure your results and outcomes. Metabolic testing is essential to understanding your body's bioenergy needs which consist of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.

Metabolic Testing
Metabolic testing helps our Nutritionist determine your specific caloric breakdown between fats, proteins, and carbohydrates

Nutritional Analysis
Nutritional Analysis gives a detailed comparative analysis between carbohydrates, fats, proteins, fiber and is adjusted against total calories consumed vs calories burned, lifestyle correction factor, and your resting metabolic rate. This analysis will be the foundation for your nutritional and cardiovascular success.

Metabolic Testing using Resting Metabolic Rate
Resting Metabolic Rate is the number of calories your body burns at rest to maintain normal bodily function.

It is the amount of calories per day your body burns, regardless of exercise. It changes with age, weight, height, gender, and exercise habits. See the chart produced by Resting Metabolic Rate Analysis. We also encourage individuals undergoing resting metabolic rate analysis to also consider VO2 testing.

AT FIT Conditioning, we can accurately determine if you are more of a carbohydrate burner or fat burner and give real numbers for achievable weight loss as well as performance. After completing the RMR analysis, you undergo circumference measurements, caliper testing, and BMI scoring which helps in the coaching, nutritional analysis, nutritional guidance and modification.
$145/test.

Nutritional Analysis This is a comprehensive look into your nutritional life, and gives a 7-day glimpse into your dietary lifestyle.

The program assesses grams of fat, protein, carbohydrates, as well as total calories from each macronutrient group.

A complementary test is the Exercise Metabolic Rate which helps determine training zones.

After analysis and review by a Nutritionist, you and a Nutritionist will meet for a detailed review, outlining strategies for decreasing body fat, nutritional modifications, food psychology, supplementation (if needed), establishment of micronutrients (vitamins, and minerals), and develop a nutritional plan.

Cost: $145
