Nutritional Counseling
FIT Conditioning specializes in general and sport specific performance nutrition. Nutrition is the key to unlocking weight loss, weight maintenance, and weight gain, losing body fat while maintaining lean muscle tissue, alertness, reducing daily fatigue and mood alterations, increasing recovery, and lastly, optimizing a healthier lifestyle.
We offer 1 session or 4 sessions and highly recommend that you as well as your significant other attend the session to ensure better results at home. We have found out that incorporating the family into the dietary change will expedite success and promote long-term program adherence.
Evaluation and Planning
Clients undergo three forms of body fat analysis, body mass index testing, and circumference measurements. Clients receive nutritional guidance and counseling for achieving target weight, predicted timeline for achieving target weight, tactics for optimizing caloric expenditure which are based upon client's goals, outcomes, and intended results.

Nutritional Counseling ( 1 session )
Nutritional Counseling is a 45 min session with a FIT Conditioning Nutritionist and provides you with strategies for success for a healthy and sustainable dietary lifestyle. During this session the client undergoes a comprehensive body fat tissue and lean muscle tissue analysis, education on macronutrients vs micronutrients, water intake, fat loss tips, strategies for healthy eating, body weight maintenance, and exercise tips. Nutritional Counseling ( 4 sessions )
These 4 sessions incorporate nutritional accountability and the use of Training Peaks via FIT Conditioning for meal log entry. These sessions provide weigh-ins and comprehensive body fat tissue and lean muscle tissue analysis over 20 weeks. Meeting with a FIT Conditioning Nutritionist occurs every 5 weeks to ensure optimal weigh-in numbers as well as meal log review, analysis, and interpretation.
