Perseverance Training Plan
Perseverance is defined as “persistent determination”.
This six month commitment to your training includes the BEST of FIT Conditioning and brings out the BEST in you.
As a client/athlete undergoing Perseverance Training you have unlimited coach support via phone, email, and text. Program includes coaching for desired sport as well as nutritional guidance & coaching, physiologic testing at day 0, 90, and 180 of both resting metabolic rate and VO2/exercise metabolic rate analysis. This is the most comprehensive plan for your training, goals, outcomes and intended results.
