Personal Training sessions incorporate cardiovascular conditioning, function based exercises which maximize caloric expenditure, balance, strengthening of the abdominal and lower back region, and increasing range of motion as well as muscle extensibility.

Sessions are based on client's goals, outcomes, and results.

By working together as a team, we can successfully bridge that gap and start seeing results. All clients go through a comprehensive screening to test for limitations in strength, neuromuscular control, flexibility, muscle balance and proprioception, as well as body fat testing and circumference measurements.

Personal training is one aspect to enhancing strength, endurance, power, and performance but to ensure success look into Resting Metabolic Rate Analysis, Nutritional Analysis, and depending on your current conditioning Coaching and Exercise Metabolic Rate Analysis would be a great place to start prior to functional based training with a fitness trainer.

I appreciated Jim Fiore's fitness program because he repeatedly assessed my fitness level to ensure the training was tailored to for me. I noticed early in my training that I was gaining strength and endurance at a faster rate as compared to training on my own. Also, he stressed the importance of good nutrition and gave suggestions for slight adjustments that made a tremendous impact on achieving my fitness goals. I believe that thanks to Jim Fiore, my overall health significantly improved and my outlook on life is more positive because of it. Candy Wilson – General Conditioning

On March 24, I had a total abdominal hysterectomy and the surgery was extensive. I felt like I had been given a second chance in life. I decided that I would take better care of myself. Eight week after my surgery my doctor encouraged me to slowly start getting back into my daily routine and to start exercising. Jim meets with me twice a week. Jim started me off slow and has been gradually increasing my exercise level. He has also has been working on improving my nutritional intake. This not an easy task since I work long hours and skip meals. He is very patient and caring. He is careful to push just enough to get more out of me every session. He has encouraged me to walk and exercise daily. Last week I went for a follow up appointment with my doctor. He stated that he was impressed on how well and strong I looked. It has been 3 months since my surgery. I feel healthier and stronger than I ever did. Thanks to Jim's knowledge, encouragement, patience and caring attitude.
